Ee Wen Ting-- (Sharon) Mommy Model!!!

no offense to all those white people out there (which is 90% of my clients since we are in utah), but i LOVE LOVE LOVE to photograph people who are different nationalities. for some reason they take amazing pictures! i love sharon...she is SUCH a babe...totally stylish....and i went crazy in photoshop with her. sharon you are so sweet! love you!!!

1. Do you have any nicknames?

Many! Sharon is one of them. It's my "Christian name." Back home, we get an English name when we were baptised as a baby. I chose mine when I was three though.

2. If the world ended and you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Rice noodle soup that my dad used to cook for me. I learned the recipe on the phone with him one time and I would eat it everyday if I could only get those noodles here in St. George.

3. Morning person or night owl?

Night owl. I tried to sleep early. But it's like I am under a spell or something. I won't be able to fall asleep before midnight.

4. How old were you when you had your first kiss?

18

5. Tell us something embarrassing about yourself.

My stomach growled really loudly one time during the sacrament when everyone was being quiet and reverent. My friend and I both laughed hysterically. I guess that was how people knew where the growling sound was from.

6. What are some of your quirky silly fears?

I am always worried of being murdered by some psychotic serial killers. I have watched too much of "Criminal Minds" and I am mildly paranoid all the time.

7. Hobbies, interests, talents......

Room makeover, writing, blogging, watching movies, photography, and shopping.

8. Favorite all time movie......
"I am Sam." Sean Penn is soooooooooooooo great!

9. What do you spend most of your time doing every day?

Trying to find something to do.

10. If you could have any super hero power what would it be?

Time travel. I am writing a story about my grandmother's life in China. I wanna go back in time and see what she was like when she was young.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

OK..... the very LAST day for mommy models is July 20th. I am traveling all the way to San Diego next week starting the 15th and will be stopping by Cedar, St. George, Vegas, and anywhere else along the way if anyone wants to get a shoot in contact me right away.

CONTEST will start on WEDNESDAY July 22nd and will end WEDNESDAY July 29th. Winner will be announced on Friday July 31st.

Lacey--St. George Mommy Model

nobody pulls off cute glasses like she does.... lacey never got her bridals done back in the day so we split her mommy models into 1/2 normal lacey...and 1/2 "trash the dress in a river" session. i was SO scared since this was the 1st time I ever "shot" someone trashing their wedding dress...haha it was AWESOME!

1. Do you have any nicknames?

- Not Really. Most people call me Lace but that is just out of convienience I think.

2. If the world ended and you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

- ummm.... this is so hard. I would love to say crab legs cause they're my favorite but I am so indesicive that I probably would just die of starvtion.

3. Morning person or night owl?


- Definitely a morning person. I am very much "solar powered" so when the sun goes down I want to go to sleep.

4. How old were you when you had your first kiss?

- 14 I think.

5. Tell us something embarrassing about yourself.

- Not sure where to start on this one... I am pretty bad with animals and once mistaked a moose for a deer and I thought that only man "cows" have horns. My in laws get a kick out of it because they are from Oregon and they lived on a ranch. :)

6. What are some of your quirky silly fears?

- I am deathly afraid of Frogs. like pee my pants afraid. :)

7. Hobbies, interests, talents......

- I love to play sports especially softball, and am now setting my sights on beginning triathlons. I am trying to learn how to play guitar but its not going that well right now... but i have high hopes! :)

8. Favorite all time movie......

- Probably Monty Python & the Holy Grail!!! I absolutely love it or Dude Where's my Car.... or SUPERBAD. I love retarded movies with no point.

9. What do you spend most of your time doing every day?

- Working for the City of St George in the Races & Special Events division or taking care of my crazy kids... Cohen - 3 & Tallen - 1.

10. If you could have any super hero power what would it be?

- Probably the ability to learn anything I tried easier. I want to be accomplished in so many things but it takes so much time that if I could just learn it in like 1/2 the time that would be pretty much the most awesome thing ever.

Jamie---St. George Mommy Model

Jamie was one of my last year's mommy models and I was lucky enough to also do her adorable family's pics too....SERIOUSLY she is one of those people that are so photogenic it isn't fair. I hunted her down and made SURE she was doing mommy models this year just because i like taking her picture so much. (and she is so fun to hang with)
she is also a talented buddy photographer, even though its hard to imagine her anywhere but IN pictures since she so photogenic. love ya girl!!!



1. Do you have any nicknames?

James, Jame, nothing cool....there is only so much you can do with the name Jamie (oh and my hubby calls me bunny)

2. If the world ended and you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Coffee....I know its not a food but I love it more than most foods, and I LOVE food!!

3. Morning person or night owl?

Night owl, but I am not a bad morning person, once I am up I am peppy and up.

4. How old were you when you had your first kiss?

Sixteen, and boy was it crappy!

5. Tell us something embarrassing about yourself.

It takes a lot to embarrass me, but the last thing I can think of...We were on a date with some friends (three couples), one couple we were close to the other was the first time we were hanging out. Right as we were getting our food Kyle lifted a plate of wings with a bowl (and I mean BOWL) or ranch dressing. Being helpful I reached up to help balance the food above my head, and the ranch tipped and dumped on my head. Now Kyle looks stunned and they say "there is ranch on your head". I thought they were joking, so I reached up yep there was ranch on my head YUCK! It dripped down the back of my head and onto my burgundy turtle neck sweater. It was so gross. And my bf Kale' couldn't even help she just started laughing, hysterically. My husband decided to help by attempting to wipe it which just made it worse. Needless to say we had to walk through a casino to find a restroom, with ranch on my head, and I smelt like dressing the rest of the night.

6. What are some of your quirky silly fears?

This one was really hard for me.....the one thing I really don't want to happen is to become the in-descriptive wife that everyone refers to as "Brian's wife". You know that woman who disappears into the background and is just the wife and mom. I love my family more than life, but I always want to retain some of ME.

7. Hobbies, interests, talents......

Camping, boating, photography (nothing like Emily though, I am SO not that good), just having fun with my girls and hubby, and my favorite thing right now is wake boarding. I am not really talented except I love to sing, I am not the greatest but I LOVE it. I am the girl always singing in the car, no matter the style.

8. Favorite all time movie......

I love movies....action, romantic comedy, everything but horror. I really like dance movies, I know cheesy but I can't dance so I like to watch people do what I can't. Here is a few faves : Shes the Man (so funny plus Chaning Tattum), Italian Job, and Wimbleton (cute guy, funny story, and tennis)

9. What do you spend most of your time doing every day?

Who knows? Cleaning up after my kids and dogs, errands, computer, and play any chance I get.

10. If you could have any super hero power what would it be?

Invisibility....I know generic, but I have my reasons.

Natalie--St. George Mommy Model

Tall, thin, blonde, yup....looks like a model to me! Natalie was a giggler...but she pulled some way HOT faces for the cam! Natalie you are a doll!




1. Do you have any nicknames?

Nat (mostly)- Sweets (my husbands name for me)- Frack (part of the duo "Frick & Frack" from softball days)

2. If the world ended and you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

That's hard I really like food...probably sub sandwiches

3. Morning person or night owl?

Definitely a night owl

4. How old were you when you had your first kiss?

Ummm... 135.

5. Tell us something embarrassing about yourself.

When I first started doing hair in a salon I had a client that had LICE! It was horrible to say the least! I immediately stopped cutting his hair. Because of health reasons we had to ask him to leave so that we could sanitize the work area. At that point I was totally grossed out and sent home so that I could sanitize myself. They told me that I had to put everything in an airtight bag to kill any lice that might have stayed on me. So when I got home I did exactly that... I totally stripped down in the garage! My mom came out to find me standing there stark naked! This all relates to the next question :) It took me a little while to get over that one and not feel like my skin was crawling with bugs!

6. What are some of your quirky silly fears?

Bugs...ALL BUGS!!!

7. Hobbies, interests, talents......

Scrapbooking/Blogging, Boating/Swimming, Sports, Crafts8.

Too many to chose from...I like comedies

9. What do you spend most of your time doing every day?

Cleaning, taking care of a husband and 3 kids and a puppy all having LOTS of energy, cleaning, doing nails, cleaning, doing hair...

10. If you could have any super hero power what would it be?

The power to just snap my fingers and have all the daily chores done!!! Don't we all?

If the world ended, would I still have to eat??? HA!! Probably just water! I go through it like...well...water!

Definite night owl-just look at most of my post times HA

I was 14 and he was this dorky skater kid.

5. Tell us something embarrassing about yourself.

I pluck gray hairs! There, I've admitted it-I have them and I pluck them. But there is just so many!! I'm too young!!

6. What are some of your quirky silly fears?

This sounds really dumb, but I'm afraid of not being needed. It breaks my heart when people don't ask me to help them.

7. Hobbies, interests, talents......

I adore photography and digital scrapbooking! I like to read a little. I took years and years of music lessons but aren't very good, but I do appreciate and love music.

8. Favorite all time movie......

I'm not a movie person. I watch them and forget about them. It's kinda cool cause I can watch the same one again cause I don't remember what it was about.

9. What do you spend most of your time doing every day?

Playing/cleaning up after/giggling with my kids (then Photoshop-ing when they sleep)

10. If you could have any super hero power what would it be?

Hmmmm...I would love the power to comfort. I hate it when people are sad or angry and I don't know what to say to them to help. I guess being the oldest, I want to fix things.
