BACK FROM VEGAS BABY!!! well, one more wedding to go in december and i am done for a long while. i am kinda sad because i LOVE weddings but my body wont let me do any more. i have a couple more families post from saturday morning so this week will be a good bloggin' week.

we got lots of weird looks when we hung this up in the reception room in the window. so worth it dont ya think? it was officially the only window around we could find with some light coming through. ooooo love it





it was really easy to tell that these 2 really really had a deep love for eachother. there were many happy tears and tender moments at this wedding. i got goosebumps more than once ;)

of course throuhout this week i will give some more sneak peaks from this totally fun awesome wedding. thanks to everyone who made me (and my sis) feel so at home and loved.......big hugs all around!

as you can see, i posted once this whole week!!! i have been photoshopping like a mad woman and hurrying to get stuff done in plenty of time for your christmas cards. anyways i wish i could be out shopping today but i pretty much have all of hailey's christmas totally done! i love that since hubby and i have been married he has picked up the habit of saying "cute"....and it's only going to get worse with a house full of girls now that he will be outnumbered by a long shot!! this family is so dang cute, and i officially have to hand it to them for having the cutest outfits of the year! i am a sucker for boots,skirts,tights.... and i must have freaked out the whole time over how i loved it! jamie (mom) was a former mommy model, and yes she is painfully photogenic. love you guys! thanks for being so fun!

hubby and i went and saw TWILIGHT sat night and these girls watched my little monster for me. (i love them) i have to admitt.....i REALLY liked it. however, i highly recommend reading the book first to get all the little "inside jokes" and "feeling" that only books can really give ya BEFORE seeing it. i have read all of them, liked them, and thought they did a pretty good job with the little money they had to make it. (and yes expect some corney cheesy stuff....hehe)

re-announcing my little "hybernation"...

BIG HUGS AND THANK YOUS to all my fun-loving clients that i have the privelege of meeting/getting to know and for chosing me to take your pics this year! i just wanted to re-announce my little temporary "retirement" since i keep getting emails for appointments etc (which makes me feel good of course), and let everyone know that i will not be taking any more family appointments or weddings until after march of 2009 after i have my sweet little baby. the only appointments that i MAYBE will be excepting still are newborns (only under 2 weeks) and graduating seniors. i hope everyone has a wonderful christmas and holiday season, and next year dont forget to prepare for more MOMMY MODELS (it's going to be huge next year!) (and if you dont know what i am talking about just buy some hot heels and stay tuned). once again the blog will still be alive with my work.

dang....seriously sometimes my favorite shots are just of the bride while she is primping in the bride's room. next bridal session i do i am DEFINETLY taking her inside somewhere with awesome window light. this room was seriously so dark but we made it work. liz you are a knock out!

gosh i just love pictures of "mom and dad". you see so many years of whatever life put them through, and they still have that love, only deeper and stronger. and ya want to know something cute? they are both standing normal right in front of eachother..... meaning yes.....he is much taller than her. so cute it was perfect!

it's monday.

well, almost since it's late sunday night for me. and as my mom would put it..."back to the ol' grind". ok first things first...business talk.... i just wanted to officially announce that I WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY MORE APPOINTMENTS FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR. sorry and a big thanks to those that have been kind enough to consider me for your photographer, but my belly is getting bigger and i am going into "hybernate mode" for the winter season. i will be finishing up my november appointments as usual, and finishing up recent ones with photoshopping, and then i am going to enjoy my last few months of having just hailey and me time at home before are little family gets a little bigger ;). hubby graduates in december, and who knows where we will be ending up next year. it's been an awesome "wink" year and next year after march sometime i will be back in business baby! and dont worry.... my blog will still be alive haha.
